I have combination skin with an oily t-zone and dry cheeks, which makes it difficult to find a cleanser that gives me the right balance or removing oil without leaving dry patches. I was told to try Cetaphil because it's cheap and won't make my cheeks feel dry. Well, I was not impressed at all. My cheeks didn't feel dry, true, BUT the rest of my face didn't feel clean either. It didn't help the oily parts of my skin. I think this product would be much better suited for someone with very dry or sensitive skin.

I love the Cetaphil brand because it works well with my sensitive skin. I regularly use the Cetaphil moisturizing lotion so I thought I should give the cleanser a try.

I find the cleanser to be very thin and watery. I didn't feel that my skin was any cleaner after using it.

It comes in a big bottle so it is good value but I won't be purchasing it again.

Took me forever to find a product that was gentle enough to use on my excema prone skin! My skin would burn even with the most sensitive cleansers! This product is my miracle skin cleanser! Dont go ANYWHERE without it! Removes my makeup but is super gentle

This is the BEST face product i have ever used. The substance is milky and soft still allowing me to open my eyes without the worry of them hurting. If leaves my skin soft and clean. It does not oil up my face or cause any breakouts and i use it twice daily. i would not recommend any other product as a cleanser other than cetaphils. This is a product for life.

The price of cetaphil daily facial cleanser is fair, this product is something I can use daily without it creating a shine, or leaving my skin feeling dry and tight. My teenage son will also use this and it keeps his skin clear. It is gentle on both our skin types and doesn't even cause redness that some cleansers do, and its gentle. Definatley recommend this product for all skin types.

I've been using Cetaphil for years, and love it. It helps keep the oiliness of my skin down, which is great!

I'm always surprised by how well this cleanser is rated... I have family and friends who use it and swear by it, so when I had the opportunity to use theirs continously for a couple of weeks, I thought I would give it a go.

It's definitely gentle and non-irritating, but the problem is that it doens't clean that well! My makeup did not wash off well, even after a couple of washes. Definitely not able to remove eye makeup either. My combination skin remained about the same with a few small breakouts, but that's its usual style so I don't think it made it worse. I also find the consistency a bit thin and I like my cleansers to suds up a bit too.

Personally I don't get the hype, but I suppose if you have sensitive skin and do not wear makeup, this would be a good cleanser to try. I'll stick with my usual Philosophy for now.

I bought Cetaphill to use with my clarisonic about 2 months ago. and i'd have to say, it works better than what i was using previously! I used to use proactiv but that would no help at all! but as soon as i started using cetaphil, my face was more vibrant and clear! the only thing i dont like about it, is the fact that it doesnt foam up so it doesnt feel like im cleaning my face when really i am!

Simple cleanser that is not harsh. Can't go wrong with that.
