i love cetaphil brand in general. Its a brand you can rely on. My sister uses this stuff and made me purchase it. its pricy and prices for this brand keeps going up but if you want your skin to feel clean use this product. I go back and forth with cleasners since my skin gets bored of 1 product

I have sensitive skin and I use this cleanser in the morning and at night. It is very soft but enough to cleanse your face without drying it. It helps me with the acne but it does not remove make up.

Have used this cleanser for years, recommended by a dermatologist. Gentle cleanser although it does a great job at removing make up too. Even mascara. Love that it leaves your skin soft, not tight. Always on my counter! I use it with my Clarisonic. (that is another review, but a fave!)

I have used Cetaphil as my facial cleanser for over 10 years. It was originally recommended to me by a dermatologist. I have sensitive skin and this cleanser is gentle, yet effective. It always leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean, but not irritated or raw. I am confident I will continue to use this product for many years to come.

I heard good things about this product. While I'm sure it worked for some, it didn't do a thing for me. I have it a go, used it till the bottle was nearly empty. But it did absolutely nothing for me. Not worth it.

I received a sample to try, I liked it. It is a bit expensive but it has some great benefits and it's used for multi things.It's very gentle on your skin, cleanses nicely. Can use with water or without. It's great for normal to dry sensitive skin. It's fragence free.can be used for body, hands, face or a makeup remover.

J'ai la peau fragile et facilement irritable. J'utilise ce produit en guise de démaquillant (même pour les yeux). Il ne sens pas grand chose et fonctionne à merveille. Toutefois, prenez note que je ne porte pas de maquillage waterproof, donc à ce niveau je ne connais pas son efficacité !

This cleanser is so gentle that i always feel that it cannot clean my face very well. I only use it when my skin becomes sensitive i do recommend it to people whose skin is very sensitive or with allergies.

I first tried using this product in 2013 upon the recommendation of my dermatologist. It is the original basic mild cleanser (vs. simple, spectro, etc.). If you're suffering from acne, I've read and heard from others that the continued use of a very simple and mild regime has many benefits and can clear your skin over time (ref: acne.org). Since I wear makeup, I find that this cleanser doesn't do enough for me. I don't expect it to remove makeup, but I do expect it to give me a clean and fresh face, which I don't find. It cleans away the dirt but nothing more. Thus, it's hard for me to see results. I also feel like the formula has changed recently compared to when I first used it in 2013. Nonetheless, since dermatologists recommend it, I'm sure that there must be long term results from daily use. The value is great, but the effectiveness, I'm not so sure about. I would still recommend it to those that don't wear makeup.
