The hype surronding this product didn't really match the taste. It was a nice tasting ice cream but nothing really different or signifigant. I would buy it if it was on sale maybe

Impossible to find!

Unfortunately I was unable to find the coffee ice cream. I went multiple times to a few stores. Always sold out so must be good. I finally caved and got the cookie one. Although coffee would always be my choice, and I was bummed at first I was pleasantly surprised. I'm not a chocolate lover but this brought me right back to childhood and stealing cookie dough! A very good treat for the summer

Very creamy but maybe too much vanilla

We tried the vanilla trilogy because cookie jar wasn’t available at any local stores. The ice cream was very very creamy and smooth. The vanilla flavour was a little too much the after taste was a strong vanilla extract flavour.

Good but not great

I had the opportunity to sample the Chapman’s super premium plus ice cream in flavour Cookie Jar. I was expecting a vanilla based ice cream but this surprised me with a Brown butter flavoured ice cream and caramel cookie bits. I felt these flavours was a little overwhelming and took away from the add ins like the oatmeal cookie crumble, chocolate cookie chunks and cookie dough pieces. I would have enjoyed this flavour more if there was more cookie dough pieces and liked the oatmeal cookie crumble. I appreciate that Chapman’s is made with real cream, is made with 100% Canadian dairy and their packaging is certified to the Sustainable Forestry Initiative

Unfortunately, I did not think this product tasted premium and I would not purchase it again as it was too sweet for my taste and the flavours were not balanced. #TryChapmansCanada

Rich and smooth

I found this to be very tasty. It's rich and creamy and sweet. I found it to be a bit too sweet for my liking, but it does have a great combination of flavors. I'm unsure whether I would buy this flavour again because of the sweetness, and also, I find the price too high for such a small amount.

Cookie jar ice cream

The ice cream is good , creamy and rich. I personally just don't care for the different flavors of cookies , it's too much for my tastebuds all at once

Not my favourite

The cookie jar ice cream has a great oatmeal cookie ice cream vibe. From the name and description, I was hoping for more of a chocolately taste. It was very creamy and decadent. I was just hoping for more chocolate and less oatmeal cookie.

Brown butter really comes through

I have unfortunately had an opportunity to try a few other flavours of the new Chapman’s Super Premium ice creams, so my opinion on this Cookie Jar flavour is slightly tainted; however, that by no means means that I didn’t enjoy this flavour but it’s not my favourite out of the ones I’ve tried. Without trying to compare it to the others, it is not too sweet, which is what I love about this line of ice creams and it has a great taste and lots of inclusions. My only real disappointment with it is that the inclusions don’t have much texture to it, which is probably not a big deal to most people. That is probably the only thing that would deter me from buying this ice cream again. Plus, there are so many more flavours to try. Chapman’s has really done a great job with this new line. I can’t wait to try them all.

Too expensive, but not better than Chapman's regul

Chapmans regular ice cream is just as good as the super premium, but it is significantly less expensive. I wouldn't spend the money, for the same product.

Not bad

My first thought is that the photo on the packaging does not really look like the ice cream. The photo makes the cookie pieces look not that great becausethe colouring is off. Thankfully, this is not the case at all when you open the container.

I could tell that the ice cream was a higher quality because it was soo creamy! The cookie chunks were crunchy and not soggy, which was great! And the cookie dough pieces... YUM! I wish it was in a vanilla ice cream base because I didnt care for the brown butter base.

I know what was trying to be accomplished with the smashing of flavours in a small convenient container, but unfortunately, the mark was missed with this flavour.

I can't wait to try the other flavours though! So, Chapman's, I am willing to let you make me try more flavours!
