The Chapman’s Yukon Strawberry Shortcake crunch Ice Cream bar is in one word, delicious.

I love that it has the crunch element to it, it feels so much more elevated than eating a regular ice cream bar.

Although my husband and I both really enjoyed it, unfortunately our kids did not, maybe because they were expecting a similar texture to a smooth ice cream bar? I really enjoyed it though.

The creaminess the crunch, the strawberry flavour, it all just works together so well.

This was so delicious and refreshing to have on a hot day! The outer layer was crunchy and it added a nice texture to the ice cream. The strawberry flavor was delicious, not too sweet. The flavors combined were a great treat to have. Easy to enjoy on the go.

I really like this ice cream fall or but it was a little too sweet for me. However i definitely have it in a hot summer day after a meal ! My family really liked it as well and we all love the crispy texture and of course the pink colour.

Strawberry goodness

Crunchy, sweet and fruity, it’s the perfect summer time treat. Vanilla ice cream, strawberry and crunchy shortcake crumbs is a god-tier combo!

My only concern is that the product melted too quickly and was nearly falling apart when I was halfway done the bar. The flavour was a touch artificial as well.

Overall a decent summer treat!

The Strawberry Ice cream bars are absolutely delicious! The coating has an amazing crunch! The center is not too sweet and I find it balances out the sweetness of the coating. I will definitely will be getting more of these if my local store can even keep them in stock. Bought the last box

Yukon Strawberry Shortcake Crunch Ice Cream Bar

I don’t have a sweet tooth, so I treat myself to sweets occasionally. When I saw the photos of Chapman's Strawberry Shortcake Crunch bars, I thought they might taste artificial. However, I gave them a try, and they weren't bad at all. The vanilla ice cream base with a hint of strawberry flavor was enjoyable. These ice cream bars are a great idea for summer picnics or friends' parties.

Crunchy and delicious

I was very surprised to say the least when I tried this ice cream bar and I very much enjoyed. This would have not been my first choice when it comes to choosing an ice cream treat to enjoy at home but the crunchy strawberry cookie crumbs, made it for me. I love having crunch when I eat ice cream. Although strawberry wouldn’t been my first choice of flavour, I could see myself enjoying this again!
