The Chapman’s Yukon Strawberry Shortcake crunch Ice Cream bar is in one word, delicious.

I love that it has the crunch element to it, it feels so much more elevated than eating a regular ice cream bar.

Although my husband and I both really enjoyed it, unfortunately our kids did not, maybe because they were expecting a similar texture to a smooth ice cream bar? I really enjoyed it though.

The creaminess the crunch, the strawberry flavour, it all just works together so well.

I’m a huge fan of Chapmans Products and we always have the freezer stocked with Yukon bars and sandwiches in the summer time. This particular flavour isn’t my favorite it’s a bit on the sweet side for me, it’s still tasty but I couldn’t eat a whole bar. If you have a sweet tooth and enjoy what I can only describe as strawberry cheesecake on a stick then this is the treat for you

This was so delicious and refreshing to have on a hot day! The outer layer was crunchy and it added a nice texture to the ice cream. The strawberry flavor was delicious, not too sweet. The flavors combined were a great treat to have. Easy to enjoy on the go.

Ice cream review

I really like this ice cream fall or but it was a little too sweet for me. However i definitely have it in a hot summer day after a meal ! My family really liked it as well and we all love the crispy texture and of course the pink colour.

It's such nice packaging. The ice cream was so soft and smooth and full of flavor. The strawberry layer on the outside was a bit sweet but the cookie crumbs added a fun crunchy texture to every bite

New family favorite!

These bars were delicious, crunchy and as my daughter described, it's like a party in your mouth! So yummy and will definitely buy again! They quickly became our new family favorite summer treat!
