Well... I not really a big fan of those. With winter coming quickly, I've been trying a lot of different lip balm, and I've been disappointed by those. First, I have to give credit to the smell (and even the taste): It is delicious! On the other hand, the sweetness of the balm give me a bad habit, living me biting my lips (Weird, I know...). Also, I didn't find them has hydrating than the original ChapStcik Lip Balm, but that's my own experience ;-).
A classic staple in my bathroom and my bag. I like how this is a classic product that is NOT temperature sensitive. It stays in its shape and form in hot weather. I find this product a bit on the dryer side and having to drag it over my lips before I can get any product on. It has a classic slightly medicinal scent/flavor/taste to it which is not a problem. Has a matte finish which is nice!
Not the greatest solution for chapped lips. Doesn't absorb well or last long enough. I find that I have to keep applying it many times during the day.
I really do not like this product. I find it leaves a waxy feeling on your lips after applying it....It does the job. I just don't recommend it.
I feel that this lip balm does a good job of preventing my lips from being dry. However, I have used this lip balm for many months now and have noticed that after drinking water, the lip balm will show up on your lips and will look really gross. I don't recommend this because there are other lip balms that do the same thing but do not have residue.
I use this almost everyday, but my lip still bleeds.. this just doesn't work for me even though my lips do feel moisturized after using it.
Not bad, but compared to others out there now, it just doesn't hold up. Does not help with chapped lips, just covers them up until you have to reapply.
Growing up I was a die hard chap stick fan but compared to others out there I find it thick, clumpy and doesnt heal or soften lips as well as so many others that are out there today
My parents used to get these all the time, they dont hurt to keep around in ur purse as extra when you reallyneed something smooth on ur lips but they werent as effective as for example, soft lips or bees burt
I bought ChapStick mint lip balm only because it's on sale. After I've tried it. It is not a product that I would recommend. First I'm heard using too much mineral oil on your lips is not good for your health. Secondly this product feels really thick and almost like your lips won't be able to breathe. I kept one tube in bag just in case if I forgot to bring my makeup purse. Afterall, I wouldn't really recommend Chapstick
