Good for face wash

I once found this charcoal soap, CBX (I think), and it lasted a long time (actually I never managed to finish it as it got lost when i moved house). It was gentle enough to use daily but good enough to cleanse my face also.

Charcoal soap is great for my acne-prone skin. Initially I used it daily, but because it can be drying, I opt to every other day. My skin is naturally oily so I don’t notice it as much. It help kill toxins and keeps the pimples at bay.

I have been using a natural charcoal soap on my face for almost a year and I will never go back to big brand cleansers. I actually found the specific bar I use at the local bulk foods store (of all places!) and it contains very little ingredients, which makes me feel confident in knowing exactly what goes on my face!

I've used charcoal soap a few times, and it is awful. It seems to strip all moisture right out of my face and leaves it dry and flakey after, and I have had breakouts after every time I've used it. Maybe it's just my skin, but if you have dry skin I wouldn't use this product.
