As long as you dont lick it you will be fine. It goes on easy and the results are good pending you follow the directions properly. Would highly reccomend

These strips are perfect for a quick fix
I didn’t expect them to actually work and turn my teeth white long term unless having to use them every single day which defeats the object really.
BUT, on a night out I’ll quickly pop one of these on whilst getting ready and it definitely brightens your teeth and does the job.
It gives me so much more confidence using these, people definitely do notice the difference I’ve had comments from my sister and mum and my sister is now also using them! I have noticed the difference in her teeth too?
