Love these!
I have a number of these and I use them almost daily. They are very long lasting (thing waterproof) and just the most gorgeous colours. My favourite is Amber Haze and Champagne Diamonds. Perfect for blue eyes. I know they recommend the sticks for specific eye colours but really, I have almost all of them and they really are good for all eye colours. Soft and butter as they go on, and they set perfectly. Keep sharp for a thinner line. I always buy these when mine run out!
A smooth and lovely pencil!
What can I say, this eyepencil glides on smoothly and has a really nice texture to it. It doesn't smudge easily either which is a deal breaker for me so I will be rebuying.
not very blendable
I find these shadow pencils to not be very forgiving or budge very much when it comes to blending. The shades are quite bold and set fairly quickly, so unless you are into super intense smoky eye looks, these shadow pencils can be a little ticky. They are not my favourite and I would prefer Charlotte Tilbury's cream shadows or powder shadows to the formulation of the pencils!
Long-lasting, no primer needed
This is a great product if you want a quick eye look but you have minimal time to get ready. The bonus is that it stays put once applied, and has great colour pay-off even without primer! (This is especially important for those with oily eyelids...i.e. me). A minor issue is that once applied, it can set in seconds, so smudging needs to be done quickly, but this may not be that big a deal in a time crunch. Worth the splurge!
Really pretty - a tad expensive. The consistency was wonderful - a nice, creamy texture that didn't pull at eyelids. Colour stayed true all day and didn't budge, yet these pencils are easily blendable. I'll probably buy again!
Charlotte Tilbury recently launched on Beautylish and these pencils are amazing! They have complex, duo-chrome finishes, and are very long lasting. They are, however, quite expensive for eyeshadow pencils at around 30$ each and the range is quite small - only 7 different colours. They are also traditionally sharpened which can lead to a lot of wasted product if you need the pencil to have a fine point! But the colours are complex and I do love them, so if you get a chance to splurge, they are definitely worth taking a chance on! I just hope they convert to an automatic format in the future!
