Super smooth lipstick

I was lucky to try out two lipsticks of the K.I.S.S.I.N.G line and I have to admit, they might be (one of) the best lipsticks I have ever tried. The colors are perfect and the lipstick is so smooth to put on. It doesn’t even feel like you are wearing lipstick.

Beautiful lipstick

I have this in the shade stoned rose, it's a warm coral brown colour. It is definitely more of a natural everyday colour, but personally, I wouldn't consider it a MLBB colour on my lips since it shows up a bit more. The texture is beautiful, it's very creamy, but not slippery. I also love the packaging; it feels luxurious in the hands so overall it justifies the price for me.

I have Very Victoria (Victoria Beckham's shade) and I love it! The formula is so creamy and pigmented and it smells like vanilla too. Would I pay $50 for it though? eh.

I have a KISSING Lipstick in Stoned Rose, which is a great MLBB kind of shade: soft and rosy, a bit muted, goes with everything. It's a completely dummyproof lipstick for my warm, light-medium skintone.

The formula is lovely, not too creamy nor too dry, and the finish is beautiful and makes my lips look smooth and plumper. Lasting power is good. The packaging is so, so gorgeous!

These are pricy lipsticks but well worth it for a brilliant every shade. I have a full review and photos on my blog.

This lipstick is expensive but ever so wonderful. It feels moist and I love the colour - nude Kate. I think it would look great on any skin tone. I love wearing it for the feel and colour!!

I always have been avoiding matte lipsticks because they tend to be drying so I always preferred tinted lipbalms over matte lipsticks (I'm a big fan of YSL lipsticks). However, when I heard Charlotte Tilbury's Matte Revolution lipsticks are hydrating matte lipsticks, I had to drop by Nordstrom and check them out. I had the honor to chat with one of the CT's makeup artists during an event and had her do my makeup. From all the colors we tried on, I ended up getting Amazing Grace which is a vintage tea rose color. It is very flattering color for my Asian skin tone.

One thing I really like about CT is that even if you can't swatch the lipsticks, you can see the lipstick on various skin tones online because not everyone have the same shade of skin. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I will definitely recommend to all lipstick lovers to give it a try including those who tend to avoid matte lipsticks like me!

Formulation and pigmentation on each of these was nothing short of what I have come to expect from Charlotte Tilbury. Sheer perfection. One swipe and there was colour. The texture was smooth, light and didn't bleed nor transfer to the bread of my sandwich! The finish is described as a cashmere-matte which is so accurate as they feel creamy, but don't have a high shine yet feel moisturizing. My lips feel so many different things all at once!

Honest to God, I am just glad Charlotte only collaborated with 12 women because if there were more, I would need to dedicate an entire vanity area towards them. I mean, holy toledo these are fantastic and quite honestly I don't care that they are almost $40 each. I love the shades, the formula, the shape and the stories behind each colour. I am in love.

Charlotte Tilbury Kissing Tree in Crimson is an on trend for fall deep red with an ever so slight oxbkood tinge that makes it perfect for autumn. Although it looks very dark in the gold metallic bullet once on it shows as a nice dark vampy color that works across all skin tones. It is highly pigmented and smooth going on. It feels comfortable on the lips and is creamy satin finish. It lasts for several hours and through drinking glasses of wine and a meal. When it wears off it leaves behind a beautiful berry stain. This is a great color for pale brunettes that won't leave you looking goth like and that warms up your skin tones. Price wise it is one of the more expensive lipsticks but we'll worth the cost. It is lip luxury.

The only reason this doesn't have full stars is because it is a bit pricey at $38 CDN.

These are amazingly creamy for matte finish lipsticks and they stay that way. They are very long lasting and come in a beautiful, modern colour selection.

The packaging is a retro looking rose gold that is of a high quality and has good weight to it that reflects the higher price point of the product.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Got this lipstick as a gift and absolutely love the formula. Great pigmentation and stays on pretty long. It does come off when you drink something. The finish is matte and I love that it feels like you don't have anything on after a minute. No sticky, slippery feel. I have dry lips so I put a thin layer of lip conditioner on underneath and stays on for hours. Recommend this one if you don't like the feeling of having something stuck on your lips
