Fun process but I need work!

This was a really fun project to work on, but I was definitely not the person who should have been trying to make this cheese. Or I should have had my chef friend help me out! I had a great time going through the steps and they were mostly easy to follow, but I started by trying to make a half batch. If I were you, I would stick to the recipe and the full batch to see if you get better results. I didn’t really get a stretchy cheese curd by the final steps, so that made the stretching and making it into a ball a little difficult. I didn’t the best I could and I’m sure they are still very edible! For people who love being in the kitchen, enjoy dairy, and want to make dozens of batches of cheese, this is for you!

The Cheesemaker Mozzarella and Ricotta kit was an amazing experience for my kids and myself. Having everything in the kit except for the milk was convenient. I did have to refer to the website videos for additional help. I am a visual learner. However, the instructions are pretty straightforward and I ended up making some delicious cheeses. I would recommend this product others.
