Easy and delicious

Me and my daughter enjoyed to make our own cheese. It was super easy and the result was a beautiful and delicious ricotta. Now we are excited to make our home made mozzarella recipe.
It was fun and very interesting to teach my daughter about the chemical reactions along the process.
We simply loved!

Easy to use at home

This was a wonderful experience overall. I love that the kit has everything needed to create this delicious cheese at home. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and I looked at the video a few times before starting the process as well. I didn't have any unexpected surprises (errors) but I like that the video link was provided and trouble shooting tips were available if I ran into problems. The hardest part for me was stretching the hot curd, the temperature was a bit of a challenge for my heat sensitive hands. I wore a double layer of latex gloves to remedy that.
I'm excited to try other varieties of these kits and I think they would be a hit as gifts to my family and friends. The kit has a great value there is enough components to make a whopping 40 pounds of cheese.

Great experience!

The Cheesemaker Mozzarella and Ricotta kit was an amazing experience for my kids and myself. Having everything in the kit except for the milk was convenient. I did have to refer to the website videos for additional help. I am a visual learner. However, the instructions are pretty straightforward and I ended up making some delicious cheeses. I would recommend this product others.

Great kit!

I was super intimidated at the thought of making my own cheese but this kit walked me thru each and every step with ease. It has very easy, step by step instructions that makes making your own cheese very easy. It includes everything you need to make your own mozzarella or ricotta cheese except for the milk. I definitely recommend this kit to anyone looking to make their own cheese!
