Burns my hair

Okay so I don't know how big chi is around everywhere else but it's huge here in the south. I guess because it's so humid everyone just assumes we all have frizzy hair because of the humidity but I think it's the straighteners. We all use chis!!! And my chi that I spent $100 burns the heck out of my hair. And doesn't straighten it. I have extremely thick hair, and it doesn't like the chi at all.

Love my flat iron

This is my favorite flat iron. I have had it for over 7 years and it still works like it is brand new! I have fine, very thin hair and it doesn't damage my hair.

The best one!

I love my Chi! It is the only straightener that makes my hair fully straight. It is easy to use and does not take long to heat up. It is also great for curling my hair! It is such a staple in my hair routine. A definate must have!!

Best flat iron ever

I will never purchase another flat iron ever again other then CHI. These work amazing. It doesn't wreck my hair or make it dry. It looks so healthy and shiny after I flat iron my hair. Excellent. Highly recommended.

Very good quality iron. I am on my 2nd one in probably 15 years. My first one seemed to be defective and when i contacted the company they sent a new one without any problem. Very good iron that gets hot quick and works great.

This is the most amazing straightener. I have been using this brand for approximately 10 years and it has never let me down. I am only one my second one (touch wood) and the first one had to be replaced as I dropped it and the plate came off. They heat up fast and hair does not get tangled among the plates. They are easy to clean and they make hair poker straight and soft. Also great for curling as it is super easy with this straightener. Worth every penny!

CHI makes awesome flat irons. Heats up fairly quickly and is small and easy to use on my hair, even the harder-to-reach scalp bits. Leaves hair looking smooth and straight. My favourite flat iron, after GHD.

Was hot enough, quick with heat, the build was OK, was dead after a few months. Plugged in it heated within a few minutes. Re build was OK it was a little wiggly where the plastic met. Couldn't handle straightening my hair.

I don't own my own Chi due to how insanely overpriced they are, but I have used my friends' ones in the past and they do work very well. I don't know if it's any better than a cheaper ceramic straightener, but I was impressed.

This is the best flat iron I have ever used. It doesn't dry out my hair and leave it super soft and sleek. I have tried others but the results did not come close to the CHI.
