I was very hesitant to try this product because there are many other products that claim to work just as well with a much lower cost. Thankfully this product ended up working out very well for me. You can apply this serum to your hair wet, or dry. I personally apply it after my leave in conditioner right after I get out of the shower. This silk infusion really does what it says! It leaves my hair feeling silky smooth with a nice shine. Just be extremely careful with the amount you use or else your hair is going to look like a grease ball! (Also stay away from your roots) I recommend this serum to anybody who craves that commercial hair look! I've heard many complaints about the smell of it which yes, I can honestly confirm it does have a manly cologne like smell to it but I enjoy the smell. If you don't like the smell what so ever, don't worry ladies! The smell doesn't linger in your hair like hairspray. I really don't notice it at all after I apply it to my hair! So I give this product a big thumbs up! (Except on the price, booooo!) but mark my words and do invest. You won't regret it.

This is like magic in a bottle! I absolutely swear by this! At first I noticed my co-workers hair looking so beautiful and I asked her what she used, she told me it was this product so I immediately ran out to buy it. At first, it was trial and error putting a little too much in my hair but the texture is nice and it leaves my hair looking so shiny and beautiful as if I just left the salon!

I would recommend this product to anyone that straightens their hair. If you apply it either before or after straightening it will leave your hair incredibly soft and silky... and even smelling wonderfully! I'm not sure how it works with curls so I won't comment on that!

The price varies from where you buy this product. Its expensive, maybe not even worth the money to some.
I havent gotten a hair cut in a year though and used this product on my ends after every shower. Not a single split end. I dont know if this product helped the split ends stay away, but it makes my hair feel lovely and it controls my frizz. I have thick curly hair that I love, but without this the frizz would drive me crazy.

I first bought this product after my hair dresser recommended it to my after a cut. i didnt really use it at first, but now i use it almost everyday! this product it amazing! it makes my hair soft and silky (go figure!) and keeps it smooth for days :) i also use this product as a heat protectant, and it works. it keeps my ends healthy and split end free when i straighten it.

I got this as a sample. Currently use Moroccan oil but am always open to trying new things.
I feel like this product worked comparably as well as Moroccan oil but it does smell like mens cologne, which made my boyfriend ask me to stop using it.
I do not know how the price is comparable to the Moroccan oil but I will not be purchasing this in the future due to the smell.

I use this every time I'm drying my hair. It leaves my hair smooth and silky and it's just a great product. I don't mind the smell too much but I admit, it does kind of smell like men's cologne. All you need is a dime size or else your hair will be greasy. This serum is on the pricey side but since you use so little each time, it lasts forever and it's worth the buck. Try it out!

This is an absolutely amazing product!! It made my hair look so shiny and protected and moisturized it very well. I have stopped using it only because I don't like the smell - it kind of smells like men's cologne to me.... not very feminine.

I have very thick and coarse hair. It did wonders for my hair. It made my hair so soft and managable! I would give 100 stars if it let me.

When I recently returned home for a visit (upstate NY), it was quite humid. I checked my toiletries bag and noticed that I did not have my potion 9 OR any of my Goldwell products that I normally use to control my hair! Add to that the fact that my parents have 'soft' water and that is one huge hair disaster.

While I was shopping, I stopped into a salon and asked the gentleman at the front to look at my hair and make some suggestions. He showed me Chi Silk Infusion-at first I was hesitant to buy it because I have broken several Chi straightening irons, but my hair truly honestly was a mess.

Got home and jumped in the shower (love that hot/humid spell-NOT). Used this on my towel dried hair and then got to work drying.

Well, I LOVE this stuff! It's got a great scent, it's easy to work into the hair and the results are fantastic! My hair feels soft and silky! So I have worked this into my hair products 'routine' and will be looking at the other products in the Chi line.
