100% OF CHICKS DIG IT
Gluten-free pasta
This is my quick, easy and super healthy dinner with #chickapeapasta - , that requires only a quick saute of veggies with eggplant, cremini mushroom, corn, red onions, garlic and coriander.
You can definitely tell the texture of pasta is little softer than regular one with tangy bean taste, but I love how nutritious it is. It made with only 3 simple ingredients: chickpea flour, organic yellow lentil flour, organic red lentil flour, that's it! So you’re getting a hefty punch of protein and fiber with each serving.
If u are looking for a healthier option and don’t want to regular pasta, this is the way to go.

Love the ingredients!!
As someone who has been eating gluten-free for years, it's always exciting to find a product to enjoy that replaces a classical glutinous item from the pantry. Love love that these contain just 3 ingredients. The added protein is also a welcome bonus!
Love this protein packed pasta!
I had the opportunity to try Chickapea pasta. My daughter is a vegetarian so it’s always important that I feed her foods that help her keep her protein levels adequate. I made it with a nice vegan cauliflower Cheese sauce. It tasted good and even held up the next day as leftovers. I completely recommend trying this pasta out.
Good substitute
I received this as a sample from @Sampler #Sampler. As I am a diabetic, I thought it would be an excellent idea to try, as pastas like this one are a healthier option. I’m sooo glad o got to try. It was really good! A bit sticky ( maybe cause it’s made from chickpea ), but nothing a little sauce couldn’t fix. I definitely recommend.
Organic pasta with 23g protein/serving-plant based
The Chickapea pasta is surprisingly delicious. It has 23 g of protein per serving. It's plant-based, organic and pretty tasty. I buy the organic spirals. So if you like it al dente, cook it for about 7-8 minutes in boiling, sea-salted water. Be careful though as I find it boils over and there's a scum/film that forms on the top of the pot. I just scoop it out. The pasta is great with traditional tomato sauce, pesto and can also be served cold for a summer salad or side dish.
Love chickapeapasta
Delicious, high in fiber, easy to make into pasta or use the noodles for soup. We made kelp soup using these gluten free noodles! Love them! Fun, healthy, and easy to use in a variety of ways!
