China Glaze
I have owned and used various colours from this brand over the years. I find it stands up quite well, usually around 3-4days without chipping. I love the large selection of colours available!
I would recoomend the dip it nail polish powders.
You use the bottom coat than simply dip your nail into the glitter and put a top coat on and activator. Very simple to usr and time efficient. Its long lasting as well
Pretty decent polish
This is the second China glaze polish I have purchased. This new one I got (called “it’s a match”) because I wanted a pink that was more like a nude. I’m happy with the colour. I found it did go on smooth but because it’s a light colour i had to go over my nails a few times between letting the coats fully dry. I put a gel coat (the non baking kind) on top as I usually do so I’m curious to see how long it lasts. The brush size is perfect though, that I do love. Overall I’m happy so far...
Fun vibrant colors.
China Glaze nail polish comes In so many fun vibrant colors I can all but forgive them for not being long lasting. I personally change or refresh my nail color every three days so thats not too much of a problem for me. A few years ago my favororite color was China Glaze Voltage Pink which is a bright neon pink. It looked so cute on my toes. I only ever needed to apply two layers and it was perfect. I find there colours don't have much shine so if that's what you prefer you might want to get a shiny top coat.
Amazing value
As a polish China Glaze is amazing value. It has a runny consistency possibly too runny. Color pigment is ok. There are amazing bright vibrant fun colors. Dries within an appropriate time, brush is very small so helpful if using for nail are or negative spacing.
A bit pricier than some other brands, but worth it!
I first tried China Glaze nail polish at a nail salon, which is what prompted me to buy it. I found it at a beauty supply store and was glad to see they were on sale, as regular price at most stores is $10 or more per bottle. While it is a bit more expensive than some other brands, it's worth it! I'm glad I made the investment - the nail polish uses less coats than some lower quality brands, and lasts longer - making it worth the money!
Love most China Glaze products
Most of the China Glaze nail polishes I've tried have been amazing. Every once in a while though, they have a dud batch, making the quality a bit inconsistent. Some may be watery, streaky, have a strange finish, etc, so I normally wait for swatches and reviews before purchasing.
Does the trick
What's not to like? Always a great price with so many shades to choose from. I usually get my fingernails shellac'd because I hate the drying time and constant chipping no matter what brand I use, but I do like the China Glaze polishes for my toes and think they are great value for the price I pay for them (usually less than 4$).
Lots of fun shades!
I have quite a few China Glaze nail polishes in my collection. I love all the different shades and the fun names that they have! I find China Glaze wears longer than a lot of other polishes, even without a topcoat.
Good polish, thin formula
Although I do really like China Glaze nail polish and the colours they offer, I have had some issues with the application. I find the formula to be a bit thin so you have to put on a few coats before you get a good opaque saturated colour. I have also found that at times it applies somewhat streaky and is difficult to get an even coat. The wear however, is quite good and lasts longer than many other types of polish I have tried.
