This color is the best bright blue. It is smooth and opaque in two coats, and a perfect alternative to pastels for spring! It is just slightly neon but doesn't need a white base to really glow. It behaved like a regular-albeit superb-cream polish, which is great. It dries shiny and quick. It also makes a great base for nail art.
