I absolutely insist on cooking with only China Lily Soya Sauce. I use it when making chinese meals, gravy or when just creating new recipes. I love the richness of color and the strength of flavour. It's not watery as some Soya's I've tried and it's reasonably priced. I also find it isn't as salty tasting as some soya's of the same price range. If you like Soya try it !
