Where did the chocolate chips go???

Always loved Nabisco chocolate chip cookies. They are crunchy and they’ve always been packed with chocolate chips! Not anymore! Got two packages today at the store, got them home, and there’s four or five chocolate chips per cookie. What the heck!??? Very disappointed! I won’t be buying these EVER again. I’d rather make them at home and have actual chocolate in them. See the attached pictures. One picture is what the cookie looks like on the outside of the package, and close to what they used to look like in reality, and another picture is what they look like now. Ridiculous.

Cookies aren't baked long enough they aren't crunchy.

Nabisco chip ahoy chocolate chip cookies are no longer crunchy. It seems that they are not bake long enough so that they will have a golden brown look for the crunch They taste stale. I have reached out to them regarding this issue and I'm just one person and one person can't make them change. If I want a soft stale like cookie I would buy the chewy cookies hum mot.....
