Wow, these Sore Throat Lozenges by Chloraseptic sure top the cake on so many other products. I like that it is more of a "true" lozenge, meaning it isn't just basically a sugar cube with some menthol.

Each lozenge containes 15 mg of Benzocaine, which is a local anesthetic commonly used as a topical pain reliever or in cough drops. It soothes and has a numbing action which totally eliminates my sore throat. Also it has a soft center that warms the throat when melted.

I find that the effects last about 2 hours even with really horrible symptoms.

Each package has 15 lozenges and is about $4.00, but worth it.
