Ingredients:
2 cups (500 mL) fresh or frozen raspberries
¼ cup (60 mL) icing sugar
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
1 (510 g) McCain® Deep ’n Delicious® Chocolate Cake, cut and thawed
3 cups (750 mL) mixed fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or sliced strawberries)
Purée raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in blender until smooth; strain. Top each piece of McCain® Deep 'n Delicious® Chocolate Cake with raspberry sauce and berries.
Tip: Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Toute la famille a adoré Le Gateau Mc Cain Chocolat Berry Explosion Recipe toujours a très moelleux la perfection pour un gâteau congelé son goût de chocolat avec les Berry délicieux même les enfants en redemandent. Son goût de chocolat est doux il fond dans la bouche vraiment parfait.

Oh my goodness! So easy to make and just as easy to eat. If you love chocolate and berries and don't like to spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen this is a perfect dessert for you to make.
