There's nothing more annoying then trying to eat or chop with a dull knife. Ive never owned a knife sharpener before but quickly realized that it's very simple to use, just run it through the "coarse" side from bottom to tip of your knife and finish by running it through the "fine" side.

This will quickly sharpen your knives and there's a rubber bottom so it will not slip when laid on my countertop. I purchased this at a discount from Amazon and I think that this works extremely well and is very easy to use
