This is the yummiest spray oil ever!

I found this product at one of my local IGA stores and was immediately intrigued. The avocado is comfort food for me, so the fact that I found an avocado oil in a spray format was even better. I must say, this product makes the best grill cheese sandwiches ever, and I will definitely buy it again because of that.

I can't say enough good things about Chosen Foods 100% pure Avocado Oil Spray.
It has very little taste which is nice for using with eggs or quesadilla's.
A little goes a long way too, I swear a tiny little spray is more than enough for pan frying.
I have yet to use it in baking but if pan frying has told me anything it's going to be great!
