Love!

Hands down for me this is the best cooking oil. Amazing used in any way, fries are a treat in this house... fried in Avocado Oil OMG... to die for :) So glad I came across this product that is now a staple in this household.

Kitchen essential

I recently picked up this oil and prefer it now to my usual olive oil. It had a higher smoke point and is essentially tasteless which I like. It is very similar to using olive oil but healthier, lighter and can be used with higher heat which is nice!

New oil chose

I have started using this as my main cooking oil. Higher smoke point than olive oil and milder taste. Pretty pricey but for a healthier oil I am willing to pay

A healthier alternative!

I really enjoy using this avocado cooking oil! It does not alter the taste of your food, if anything it adds a greater element of flavour. In addition, it is very easy to cook with. It does not leave a greasy smell behind.

great for high temperature cooking

I bought this Avocado Oil at Costco to try when cooking meat and vegetables in a stir fry. It was a nice flavour and kept the food from sticking to the pan. It is also really healthy for you and doesn't go through a chemical change at very high cooking temperatures.

great high smoking point oil

Love love love this oil! its super neutral in flavour which makes it amazing to bake with and thx to its high smoking point its amazing when making roasted veggies with!!!! its definetely my number one choice for cooking!!!!

Not only is this avocado oil great tasting, but also a very good healthy option.
The flavor is light and no over bearing. Takes on the flavors you mix it with. Caution not to be used in cooking with high heat.
I use this exclusively now in all my salad dressings.
Try it on air popped popcorn, you'll never go back to butter again.
