The perfect neutral oil

This oil is light yellow, soft and neutral in taste, without sourness, without bitterness, without rancidity. It has a slight avocado smell. Oil can take the heat–up to 500°F. Great neutral tasting oil

I use it mostly in my baked goods. Does not have any flavor which is perfect for recipes that need a neutral tasting oil. I like that it is a healthy alternative. Perfect for lebonese garlic sauce.

the best avocado oil

bought this product not too long ago as a replacement for my regular canola oil and for the food I cook in my air fryer. i use a little over one tablespoon for 2lbs meat and they come out crispy with the help of this oil. it's good for salad as well.
