Healthy carb snacks!
We discovered this after we move to Canada and they are a very tasty, healthy low-fat crunchy snack that isn’t too high in sodium. These actually can be a substitute for chips and we typically dip these crackers into spicy salsa, guacamole, or hummus. These also make a good complement to soups and chili. If you are looking for a healthy crackers or a substitute for chips this is a great buy from Walmart.
Vegetable thins 40% less fat is great when serving hors d'oeuvres while entertaining company. Great with any dip or just cheese and vegetable thins. Has less fat than the originals. Ninety calories per serving of 16 crackers. Nice flavour with soup and crackers. Crush then and use as a breading for chicken. Add some to your child's lunch.
