Flavor runs out after 2 bottles of water

The price isn’t worth it, the flavor isn’t long lasting enough. The concept is great, but again just needs long lasting flavor.
I did not but mine from the company as I heard horrible things. I got mine from Walmart which is their latest venture. I hate Walmart and actually can see why Walmart would want this to profit off. Longer story than needed but yeah I just think there’s room for product improvement.

Terrible customer service

I contacted their customer service to cancel an order just 10 minutes after placing the order. They told me they could not cancel the order due to impact on product integrity. What impact to product integrity? The product has not even been packaged yet. Either their customer service is too lazy, or has poor material controls, to stop preparation of the shipment. Note that I told customer service that I intended to place a new order with different flavors based on a recently discovered Christmas wish list- so they would have still gotten the business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awful Customer Service!

I am beyond disgusted.

2 months after I placed an order and contacted Cirkul about it twice, only to receive form email replies telling me it would be here but it was late, the company contacted me to tell me that the bottle order was canceled. I was given options for other replacement items - none of them including a stainless bottle (which I ordered) - or a refund for the product charge only. The ”customer service” (I use that term loosely) representative refused to refund the expedited shipping I paid for, because, to quote - “it covers production and packaging.” Ummm, nothing was produced or packaged, because they cancelled the whole order. I want my shipping fees refunded!

I WAS a good customer and that had spent over $100 in Cirkul product over the past few months. Never again. The customer service is awful and they literally steal shipping costs for products never shipped.

I wish I had not spent that first 5 dollars. The mouth piece needs replacing with flavor changes. Actually for each use. Wastes plastic. Dreadful product. Bad for the environment. Poor customer service. Complete waste of money.

Got me to drink water

The bottle broke after my wife dropped it, but the lid fits an assortment of other wide mouth bottles. The flavors are great and this really got me to cut down on drinking diet sodas. I can feel the difference in my body and have lost some weight. I really like the subscription plan, since you can adjust what flavors are sent to you if you so desire.

Would buy this over and over agsin!

I love Cirkul!!!! It has an adjustable dial on the lid where you choose how much flavor is added to each sip you take! I'm not a big fan of plain water so I figured what would it hurt to try.....I am hooked!! There are so many fruit flavors, coffee flavors and a few teas!!! All are zero calories which is a big plus....and it helps me drink 22oz of water at the very least each day!!! I'm a big fan of the caffeine options as well...helps me to drink so much less soda!!!!

Great for anyone who hates water

This is not just a water bottle, its made for people who hate water, you get these flabor sips of your choice (cartridges) and turn the dial to adjust the flavor strength. The flavor cartridge last anywhere between 6 to 7 22oz bottles! When you order you get 4 cartridges so that equals up to 24 22oz bottles ! My new favorite now i drink my daily recommended does of water with no issues
