One of my all time favourite liquors! Hard to find though, but LCBO has it in stock this winter. Not rum, this is a crystal clear pure coconut sipping liquor; with slight caramel citrus and spice; medium-bodied, smooth and perfect for an aperitif or night cap. I love it in hot chocolate too.
