this product burned my scalp, i have bee ndying my hair blonde for years, and this product was actually awful.

I used this product only once so far, I bought it cause it was on sale and thought why not try this. I loved how easy it was to use, the colour came out Awesome ( a little darker than expected) but Love it anyway, and the conditioner is Great my hair feels so soft. I am trying to find a root touch up in this product to use in between.

I'm use to die my haire with an other brand. But this time, it stayed longer in my hair, so less grey hair to show and more of a glowing color.

I have used hair dye for over 36 years and had no problems.I tried this years ago and I had such a bad reaction I had to go to the hospital-the company was not very caring-I did test it but I did not react until it was on my head-it burned but was a day later that O swelled so bad i could almost not see and could not fit my glasses or contacts.I was told to never dye my hair again???? that was not at all helpful-I found other products -

I have a few grey hairs. Had. Not any more. I tried all the demi-permanents to try to cover the greys... but the truth is that if a product doesn't have some ammonia/ hydrogen peroxide (or ammonia substitute) it will not open up the hair cuticle to deposit the colour. This is especially true on grey hairs which are evil stubborn. While I was not happy to have to resort to permanent hair colour based on a lack of other viable alternatives for just a few greys, L'image did a fantastic job and was very easy to use. I have dry hair, and the conditioner supplied was amazing and I don't have rough hair cuticles after colouring. I'll have to see how the fade-factor goes with the colour which was about 3-4 shades lighter than my own colour (on purpose to utilize the greys as highlights in my hair). Honestly, I feel so much better with the grey gone. It's amazing what a few greys can do to your mood! Yeah- I'll use it again!

I was very sceptical about this product when my friend told me about it but still gave it a shot. The result was pretty great, long lasting hair color that doesn’t fade away like the Garnier’s one. It was Totally worth it.

This product worked great. Being a 33 year old with grey hair is awful.. this covered everything while lightening. Hair felt very silky afterward. Not like a lot of hair bleaches..didn't dry my hair out at all.

Average value and quality. I do find this product makes my hair smoother for a short period of time after treatments, however not that effective at covering gray hair for any length of time.

I color once every two months and this one works for me.
