I would buy this product again; different formula.

I have been using Nice N Easy for a couple of years now, and have had generally positive experiences so far -the colors are fairly accurate to the box (except for some of the more copper-reds), and the grey coverage is as promised.

The formula used to be more of a liquid mix but this new formula is more of a cream, and is less drippy and a bit easier to apply; it also has much less of a chemical odor, with a light floral scent.

I was a bit worried at first during the application process, as it didn't resemble the usual reddish brown color after activating the color at all. I thought perhaps I'd missed a step and mixed the tubes incorrectly because it starts out a light cream color, and turned into a dark indigo-violet color after some activation time has passed; it didn't resemble the usual reddish brown color after activating the color at all.

All in all, I like the new formula better than the old. The only downside of the new formula's creamy consistency is that if you were trying to get more than one use out of a single box (for a root touch-up, or super short hair) it would be more difficult to get the mixture ratio correct.

Tried and True

This product has withheld its quality over the years. I find excellent grey coverage and excellent value. My hair comes out better than the pricey top shelf brands.

I love this hair color it’s amazing since I have lots of white hair I always look for a good color to cover my grays and that lasts for a long time and this hair color did the job it brings my nice and shiny hair again and it lasts for a long time so there is no need to do it every month , I do really recommend it

Got gray this is what you need

Even though I'm onlyb38 I have a lot of grays well who wants to look 69 when your 38 right lol nice and easy take the gray out and makes you look years younger lol.. who dont want that now.. the price is good and if you look alway coupons for this brand so cheap cheap.

My hair looks great

I just used this last night. I had bleached my hair and it turned a very yellow colour. So I waited a few day and the applied the light ash. My hair turned out great. It took away the yellow but still left my hair very light. I have stayed away from this brand in the past thinking it was an old lady hair colour lol. I’m really glad I decided to give it a go. This will be my new hair colour for awhile.

Works Great !

I have the shade “Light Brown”
And I use this to cover greys & new roots that are growing in ..
This is a good alternative to always colouring your roots. It allows you to go a few more weeks between colouring.
This is also a good alternative if you highlight your hair.

Works great on my hair

Have used nice & easy since I started dying my hair. Over the years the effectiveness of the product has declined slightly as far as length of colour and the smell. However, it is still my go to for hair colour. Usually on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart. Definately keep buying it!!

Good value

I usually buy clairol. Its inexpensive and can easily get coupons for it. I usuall go for the auburn. A little more of a smell than most. Keep the windows open when u do it. Overall its a good product. It covers well. And thats what counts right?

Great Product for Home

I get my hair professionally colored about every 4 months so my go to home color to use in between is Clairol Nice and Easy. The color choices are outstanding, the root touch up is just amazing. I love the tray and brush applicator that comes included. I have actually kept the brush applicator after I have used the root touch up so I can use it with the permanent hair color from Clairol as well. great product..

Love it!

This my favorite hair color. It's inexpensive, coverage is excellent and they have a good selection of colors. The new formula is great! The smell is so much better and all the conditioners make tour hair feel so soft.I will definitely buy from now on.
