Nice and easy process and product lasts upto almost 6 to 8 w

Liked this product it lasted on my hair roots for about 6 to 8 weeks before I had to re touch up again. Easy and effective to use i managed to use it at home. Dint have to keep it for very long about 15min only .

Perfect

I used this product for the first time in between my full colour treatments. It was easy to mix together and apply. It matched my hair colour perfectly. I will definitely use this product again next time

This product is exactly what I needed

This product works great to cover my grey roots between salon visits. It's easy to apply and blends in with my salon colour perfectly. I can see no roots at all and can't tell where my salon colour ends and the root touch up begins. It lasts for weeks. I tried the colour blend gel and it didn't work at all.

This did not work for me at all

I usually use the Root touch up cream, but I thought I would try the gel since it does not require mixing and one tube contains multiple uses. Well I tried it multiple times and it did nothing. I tried applying more product, leaving it on longer, and still nothing, so I wasted my money.

Gentle at home formula

I bought this right before the pandemic began. Boy am I glad I did. This product is very easy to use. I really enjoy the brush tip to distribute the product over my roots. The first time I put on the product I was super freaked it was too dark but when I rinsed , it looked great!!! Lasts a lot of washes so you don't need to worry every hair wash about your greys reappearing! Natural and blendable formula. Is not strong or overpowering in smell. Gentle for at home use. Great for at home use until we can get back to the salon! Lasts upto 10 washes!

Very Temporary

This product is not for a person with real grey hair. It is like using an eye shadow. While easy to apply and no mess, it lacks real coverage. If you have slightly grey hair and wish to touch up roots it may work. I have grey roots and very dark brown hair. I tried the dark brown and probably should have gone with black. If you can get it to stick, not a bad product, but not for me.

Do not buy!

Followed the instructions and applied this on my parents and honestly, it doesn't work at all. It doesn't stain your roots even after letting it on for nearly half a day and all the colour liquid comes out immediately after a hair wash. I personally tried it on my eyebrows it barely even stains them too. the nice thing about the packaging is that they provide you with free transparent gloves. Otherwise, do not buy this product. It doesn't work.

Did absolutely nothing

I purchased this wondering if it would work better than the root touch up kits I would normally get. This product did nothing. There was no change to my roots at all. I did everything according to.directions and even left the product in a bit longer and still nothing. Complete waste of money.

Excellent Grey Coverage

I frequently buy Clairol's root touch up and use in between hair appointments. I find the wand / brush tool easy to use and it's easy to apply the dye to by doing small sections at a time. There are only 2 ingredients to mix in a small plastic dish that comes in with the dye, I use the end of the wand to mix it for a few minutes. As far as aroma, it smells like regular hair dye and is quite strong. I leave the dye in for the full 15 minutes to ensure all my grey roots are dyed. After applied the finished result is amazing, if you pick the right color, the dye blends right in with my regular hair color and is not noticeable - I get full grey permanent coverage with this product.
Lately I have been using some amazing shampoo, conditioner and a leave in hydration treatment so my hair has been growing more quickly than usual, with that said, I can get about 3 week before I start to notice my grey roots rearing their nasty selves. My only complaint, which is not really a complaint, more of a request, is that they add in extra product, I could most definitely use more of the dye.

In between Dyes

I use this product in between dyes to cover gray on everyday basis it save time and help relieve my Hair of being over dyed too frequently. I was happy to discover and I continue using .
