The perfect night cream

I typically avoid night creams as I typically find them too heavy and greasy. I loved this Clarins one though. It's a much lighter gel consistency that doesn't seem like it would be overly hydrating at first, yet I found it to be so much more moisturizing and hydrating than the majority of facial moisturizer. I didn't experience any sort of irritation and found it to be quite gentle, but if you're sensitive to fragrance you might not enjoy this one as much due to it being fairly heavily fragranced.

Great night cream

Clarins Hydra-Essentiel [HA²] Night Cream provides moisturize to my face during my night-time routine. It absorbs quickly into my skin and doesn’t leave it feeling greasy. It also has a gentle fragrance. I really enjoyed using this night cream.

Added with hydrolic acid

The range combines hydrolic acid in both high and low molecular weights, which means that it will help the skin to appear plump and soft on the surface level, but will also penetrate the skin in order to retain hydration. The products also contains organic leaf of life extract, which helps to stimulate the production of hyaluronic acid in the skin, which will help it to retain more water.

The Hydra-Essentiel [HA²] Night cream by Clarins is a nice rich moisturizer that helps to lock in hydration overnight. As recommended, I applied to face and neck as part of my nighttime skincare routine, and was left with plump, smooth skin the next morning. The natural ingredient leaf of life is very intriguing with its claims of protecting the skin against dehydration. But it also does include hyaluronic acid, which I know my skin loves. I tried using it both by itself as well as combined with a serum and I got similar results either way. It was not sticky and had a natural fresh scent. Overall great product.
