Lasting colour

I received this lip stain colour in Rosewater. It’s a bright pink but still somewhat soft.

I really liked how long the colour lasted, a good part of the day with lots of drinking from a straw and eating. It did take me a few uses to find out exactly how much of a lip stain to put on. It is quite wet when applied and at first I was applying it was a little uneven but then I realized once it was dry it looked fine so I stopped worrying so much about the amount that I was putting on.

The only downside I find is the brush application. I found that it needed a really steady hand and paying lots of attention because if you went off the lip it would stain in your face.

Overall this is definitely a product I would get again and would be happy to try some other colours as well maybe something in a red next time.

This lip stain feels so good and soft on the lips. It is an amazing addition to my collection and leaves my lips light, supple and lasts very long too!!!! I love the finish and texture.

Buildable colour, comfortable to wear

I have this product in "Rose". I found it very easy to apply with the applicator, and easy to build in colour too so you can go from a softer "bitten lip" look all the way to a more glamourous evening look. It has a certain fragrance that I can't put my finger on but reminds me very much of candy. It's a very pleasant smell and does dissipate after a little while. At first the colour is a little tacky while it dries but afterward it just feels like your natural lips.

I quite like this lip stain and now wish I had it in orange as well. Might be time for a splurge :)

Nice Lip Product

Cute packaging, great quality, amazing color options and long lasting. The brush didn't really work for me. I found it hard to apply. The color I received was violet and it's stunning. Price is reasonable. Worth checking out!

Great Lip Stain!

I received this product in my gift bag at a recent Chick Advisor event. I received the shade “rose water”. It’s my first time using a lip stain and I just loved it. It’s not overly drying and has great staying power. They have a great selection of shades. I gave it 4 stars because I really didn’t like the brush. I found it quite difficult to apply precisely. Overall, great product and I would definitely recommend it.

Over 70% water-based lip stain

To be honest, I wasn't really sure how I'd like this lip stain when I received it to #tryforfree. I like the idea of a lip stain so I don't have to constantly reapply lipstick or lipgloss. I was able to try this brand's Rose lip stain colour from a recent event and at first, I sampled it just wearing it out on the weekend to run errands. I ended up getting a few compliments along the way! People were letting me know how pretty the colour was against my complexion (I've got a deep tan colour going on right now due to Summer). My lips actually felt moisturized throughout the entire time running errands. I tried it again the next day, and I started falling in love with it! Clarins has made a beautiful and lasting lip stain that really works. I'm now interested in grabbing the rose colour as well as the red colour from them.

I was so excited when I found out this was a part of the gift bag because I have always wanted to try this. I have heard nothing but great things about this lip stain and it definitely lived up to the hype. It provided a nice wash of colour, it was not sticky and it looked quite natural. I highly recommend.

Long lasting!!

The water lip stain is so light and gives off such a pretty colour! The best part is that the colour did not transfer to the straw I was drinking from nor when I blotted my mouth after eating. I didn’t need to reapply!

Great for people who can’t wear lipstick for long time

I have earlier used Clairins lip oil and was kind of expecting this product to be similar, but this is different starting from feel to the applicator. As this is water lip stain it’s very light on the lips. It feels as if there is nothing on your lips and still there is a flush of colour. I choose the red colour, but after seeing the berry colour, I kind of liked that more. The applicator is the only thing I didn’t like, it becomes difficult to have precision while applying the product on lip, I have always messed up while applying the product with the applicator, the best way to apply the product is with q tip that way you can have precision and the colour stays within your lips. This product is a great for people who can’t wear lipstick for longer time and get their lips chapped very easily. I am glad that I got to tryout this product from Chickadvisor event.

Easy and beautiful lips

I loved this product. It was easy to apply and didn't need re-application after eating which is amazing. I loved that it wasn't a very bright color and looked very natural.
