I would buy this product again!

I bought all colours of The clarins water lip stainer,I loked it,it is a great product ,itStays for very long time and the colors are fabulus !! No allergies or side effects :D

pretty good

I actually really liked this product. my only issue is the brash is difficult to control but if you make a mistake its easily removed with a finger. the colour lasts long but dries out lips. using chapstick works well donest smudge or transfer and rehydrates well. I would use this product again.

Lovely lip stain, but expensive

I am lucky I got to try this product for free, considering Clarins is high-end and this item's retail price is quite high. However, I liked this lip stain very much - the colour was long lasting and build-able by applying in layers. It leaves a post-popsicle-like flush of colour. Very pretty. It applies a little sticky but dries quickly, and lasts through eating and drinking - no stained cups! I like that it contains natural ingredients, like aloe vera, white tea, and raspberry water. But I don't know if I would splurge at the store on this product once I run out. Undecided.

A perfect no-makeup makeup look

I like this lip tint. It is very sheer, so it is perfect for the no-makeup makeup look. It is very watery, so you have to be careful when putting on. I recommend maybe putting a lip liner first in case you like very defined lips. I did find it very hydrating, on the other hand it lasts for 6 hours minimum. I am wearing it every day since I got it.

Very pretty

This is a very pretty lip stain. It was a little difficult to apply with the supplied brush but, once applied, added a lovely flush colour to my lips (shade 01 - Rose Water). It didn’t last as long as I had hoped, though, and needed reapplication after a few hours. I received this product for review in a gift bag at a paid ChickAdvisor event.

Beautiful colour!

The clarins lip stain is very easy to apply. It has a beautiful floral scent. I love the violet colour. The colour is very vibrant and true. The stain does last a long time so there is very little need to reapply. The water lip stain can be a bit drying so I do recommend using a balm of some sorts to add hydration. I use it daily now. You can layer more on to make the colour deeper, great for night time looks. Would recommend.

My mom normally doesnt use lip products (other than the odd chapstick) and was apprehensive to try this. She was surprised when she actually liked it. She liked the colour and the way it felt on her lips.

Patchy Problems

The smell of this lip stain is AMAZING! It reminds me so much of the Mott's Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail Mix I got to try out last summer from Chick Advisor. The colour I chose is 04 Violet Water, which is a really pretty deep pink colour when applied to my lips. I like that it felt like I wasn’t wearing any product but I had a hard time trying to make it not look patchy. I think it could be because my lips were dry at the time of application, but I'll definitely be trying this one again.

Surprisingly worked well for me

This product was apart of the goodie bag received from the Chick advisor event. I was excited to try this because of the long wearing aspect. I wore this to dinner and it actually did a decent job of staying on for me! The part that kills me is the colours. Maybe i'll look into what other colours they may have available because I'm intrigued, however am a picky person when it comes to lipsticks/stains. This was comfy and lasted... not too bad!!

Lightweight with medium power

This is a very light formula that I find quite opaque. It doesn't add any moisture to the lips but gives a nice light stain; very much like if you had just eaten a popsicle. I found it to be transfer proof, which was nice, and it lasted for a few hours.

I got the shade "Rose Water", which I found to be too bright pink for my liking, but I think if I found the right shade, something a little more subtle, I would have preferred this product much more.
