I have mixed feelings on the Clarisonic. The concept is good and I do think my skin gets cleaner simply because I don't actually spend 2 minutes washing my face unless I use it! The manual exfoliation does seem to help keep my skin more clear. My main issues are that the replacement brush heads are pricey and that the product dies after several years of use and cannot be replaced, meaning that I have to buy a new one (mine just recently died and I'm not sure it's worth the money to replace it).

I had a pink Clarisonic Mia for a couple years, when the Mia 2 came out soon afterwards. I was kicking myself for the longest time because if I had held out on buying mine for another couple months, I could have purchased the Mia 2 (at the time I purchased the Mia, the Mia 2 hadn't been released yet). So low and behold, when I moved to Ottawa where Nordstrom was opening, they had their special sale (I forget which sale it was, maybe the semi-annual?) and I laid my eyes on the most beautiful Clarisonic known to man. It was the Clarisonic Mia 2 but with a floral design. It was beautiful and I had to have it. I couldn't resist so of course, I bought it. I loved my Clarisonic Mia so my love for the Clarisonic Mia 2 remains the same. The only different between the Mia and the Mia 2 is that the Mia 2 has 2 different speed settings. To be honest, I never use the slow speed and always use the faster speed (which is comparable to the one speed of the Mia) which I find really cleans my face. After I remove my makeup, I hop in the shower and use my cleanser with the Mia 2 and I get the best clean of my life. Truly cleans the skin and I will be a Clarisonic supporter until the day I die.

This is a nice tool to pamper your skin with, but quite frankly, I don't think the end result justify the cost to buy and maintain this thing.

I love that it's waterproof and safe to use in the shower, but you have to take it out and dry it every day to keep it from smelling funny. I'll stick with my $5 konjac sponge thanks.

I spent so much money buying this. I used t religiously for a year and a half, when it died on me. The battery was slowly lasting less and less. At the end I had to charge it every day. Of course it wasn't under warranty anymore. Also, I didn't see a difference in my skin, after using it every day. Not worth the money

I find my clarisonic very useful. I find it really makes my skin feel clean and when I have a pimple using my cleansing product with my clarisonic helps with the product's effectivness. However the result really depends on the brush head you are using. When using the Deep Pore brush I found my skin was way to dry, so i will recommend a softer brush.

I have a seasonal love-hate relationship with my MIA 2. I have combination skin that is also acne-prone and very sensitive. I find that during the winter this product dries out my skin too much for my liking (even after using it with a variety of skin cleaners), however during the summer, I cannot live without this tool. I never truly feel like my skin is rid of all the impurities until I use this to wash my face every night!

Usually after using the Clarisonic, you're skin pulls out all the impurities and supposedly your skin is supposed to transform. After using it my skin became more sensitve and broke me out often.

I don't know what I did without my clarisonic! Since using my clarisonic, i've noticed a great improvement of the overall appearance of my skin, and have less breakouts. I use my clarisonic once a day to exfoliate and cleanse my face.

What can't I say about my Mia 2? I love it so much it has changed the life of my skin. I always had good skin. The occasional pimple, but overall I felt blessed to have nice skin. My biggest problem was dryness. Especially in the winter, my skin would get so dry and I would often get patches of extreme dryness that were near impossible to fix. They would get red and flaky, and on rare occasions, crack and bleed. I had heard about Clarisonic, but I never really bought into it. Especially for the price. If I had good skin already, why did I need to buy a brush to wash my face?? I was gifted this brush for Christmas and I am now in love and don't know how I lived without it. My skin is so CLEAN and so smooth, I didn't even know it could get this good. Even my most expensive exfoliators don't leave my skin lIke this. The tone and texture of my skin is unbelievable. I was worried the brush would dry my skin out, especially since I started it when I had dry patches from winter currently on my face. But it did the opposite, it took away all of the dry flaky patches, something no amount of heavy moisturizer could do. Although I didn't have alot to begin with, my blackheads are now almost completely gone. I also noticed the overall discoloration on my face (redness) has reduced, leaving me with fresh, even skin. I love the built in timer to make washing my face effortless. If I want a longer clean, or want to do my neck, I simply ignore the timer and just restart the brush. It's also amazing that it's waterproof. So easy to use in the shower, I just wish it came with a stand or hook to place it on after use. Another amazing feature is that you can pop out the smaller inner brush and use it on it's own for getting in the smaller curves of your nose, so convenient! I am currently using the sensitive brush head, but I have already purchased the delicate and deep clean heads.
