This is deffently a cheesey Alfredo sauce ! It's a four cheese blend of Parmesan, Romano, Ricotta and Asiago yum! These cheeses really elevate your regular Alfredo sauce but be warned it does taste veryyy cheesey so if you don't like big cheese flavour this might not be for you!
