This is too strong, it left my skin so dry and it took forever to get it back to normal

I do not have acne but I have really oily skin. For years I have tried everything to control shine. In the summer I even considered not wearing makeup at all. It is an excellent primer under my makeup and leaves me with a glow not shine and my makeup lasts all day.
It deserves 10 stars! but sadly there is only five.
