Just ok

This makeup remover is just ok. It does what it's supposed to, but it left an oily film feeling on my eyes. It isn't really my thing for sure. It does remove makeup, but that's really all I liked about it.

Removes Eye Makeup and Moisturizes

I'm actually glad that I was able to try this product, because I thought all eye makeup removers would burn my eyes. This one did not and in fact, ended up moisturizing them instead! It felt a little bit oily going onto my eyes, but that's the moisturizing. I didn't need to use much at all on a cotton pad, which means this bottle will last me quite a long time. It also removed the stubborn mascara very cleanly and I didn't have to wipe at it a million times!

Good but not great

I want a makeup remover that is one swipe for eye makeup, using multiple swipes with multiple products just causes irritation to my eyes. I had hopes that this would work, but need to use a minimum of two swipes with the remover to get off the makeup. Not horrible by any means, but with other products offering similar effectiveness was a little let down.

Says oil free but found it oily

Have mixed feelings about this product, as a makeup remover it did its job and removed the eye makeup including my waterproof mascara effectively, however I did find it to be a bit oily on my skin even though the bottle itself says oil free. Also while I was trying to get some liquid onto my cotton ball the liquid dripped all over the bottle and the whole bottle got oiled up, having a bigger opening caused it to leak, there could have been another layer of cover with just a tiny hole in the middle so just a few drops comes into the cotton ball and it doesn't leak that way.

No Spill proof protection

This helped take out my eye make up (eye shadow, pencil, glitters) with so much ease leaving the eye area feeling and looking well cleansed. It says oil free but on first contact with the skin, the dual phase solution feels somewhat oily. The other downside with this product is it does not have a spill proof cover, which should protect it from excess spillage.

Works well, but feels slippery

Initially, I was so happy that this was an oil-free makeup remover because I assumed it would feel more like water than anything. However, this feels so oily (I don’t know why). It does clean off makeup very easily… but leaves your face glistening the same way an oil cleanser does. Therefore, it requires you to double cleanse, which isn’t terrible. Just wish it didn’t feel so greasy and slippery.

Oil_free product but oily feeling

My experience with this product was very similar to the one I had with the wipes that I also reviewed.

It worked very well to remove make up and dirt even though it did feel like I used more product compared to using one wipe. I didn't have any make up left after use and my face felt somewhat clean. The smell was more pleasant than the wipes but there were two main downside for me.

First, despite advertising as being oil_free, my skin felt extremely oily after use and I had to wash my face and neck multiple times to get rid of this unpleasant feeling. The bottle also had some sort of separation between the liquid and something that looked like oil. I couldn't figure out what would cause this in the ingredients but it did feel like it wasn't oil free like advertised.

Second, applying the product on my face quickly turned into an unpleasant experience since it started to burn almost immediately.

I'm looking for a gentle wake up remover and just like the wipes were, this is too rough for my skin and it's not a product that I would be buying in the future.

It's okay

I like this product because it doesn't irritate my skin and it is easy on your skin and doesn't dry it out. Face felt nice after using it, but I find you had to apply alot of it to be able to take off all the eye makeup well. I usually use micellar water/face cleansers and I find those do the job better.
