A Fresh Burst of Spring

Brilliant Peony is Spring bursting through a perfume bottle, it smells so good. When you first apply this, you will get notes of fresh flowers coming through, like a breeze through a blooming garden. The balanced top notes of peony, amber and bergamot smell fresh, like a Spring petit bouquet from a farmers market. You can also pick up mid notes of ripe, juicy lychee and aquatic smells of fresh ocean as the perfume develops. As the fragrance settles after two hours, you get this warm, sugary scent from the base notes of sandalwood and musk, like a comforting hug. There are so many complex notes, yet everything balances so well without being too overwhelming. This rollerball application bottle is very handy for fragrance lovers, it allowed me to apply it on to my pulse points and layer on other fragrances (this actually pairs well with oud or sweet gourmands). Though water based, this fragrance is surprisingly long lasting (over 6 hours). It is gentle enough even on my sensitive skin. This is definitely a fragrance for all the floral lovers out there.
