it is in a small, portable purple bottle, you wet a napkin with the product so to clean eye makeup off with ease. It is extremly effective in removing any sort of eye makeup, however it leaves the area oily so I would highly encourage washing your face with warm water and soap afterwards, Either than that, the product is quick in removing makeup. Really good for sensitive skin.
