I love this pen! I noticed a difference the first time I used it, my pimple cleared up over night. You go through it pretty quickly when you have acne but it really does work. You notice a lessening in the redness almost right away and then it just disappears, you only need to apply it 3 or 4 times to the same pimple and it goes away!. It didn't dry out my skin at all which is nice.
