So it's been 7 years since my last child but I wanted to breastfeed longer this time around. I bought this product before my daughter was born and I'm so glad I did. The beginning phase was rough on my nipples and she eats a lot so having this balm to apply after each feeding time is sooo soothing. It leaves a cool sensation and really does help with the cracking pain. I would highly recommend this product.
