I sometimes eat these when it has been a busy morning and I need a quick, nutritcious snack. They are filling and will keep you going until your next meal. It contains pieces of coconut that were just the right amount. I would have liked it having a few more chocolate chips. It is not overly sweet and it is made with seventy percent organic ingredients. I bought a few different flavours as they were on sale at Sobeys for under a dollar.
