Quick Breakfast

Yum! This is my go-to when I don’t have time to make breakfast. It’s easy to grab in my way out the door and super tasty! It’s a bit drying, so I suggest making sure you’ve got a water or coffee to help wash it down. But still, delicious!

Lots of Texture

As stated in the headline; it has lots of texture which I am not a huge fan off. I found that the grains were still 'floating' around my mouth long after I finished eating it. Taste was good other than that.

Not bad for a meal replacement

These bars are my top choice in terms of taste for similar meal replacement bars, and the ingredients list is great. However, they are heavy in calories so aren't a light snack, and they aren't quite as tasty as their unhealthy counterparts. Overall, I love to carry one in my purse for the busy days!

PRETTY AVERAGE

I wouldn't say this bar stands out compared to other protein or breakfast bars. It's kind of like a super soft, super chewy granola bar. Tastes pretty average but is very filling.

Great for breakfast!

I am a big fan of Cliff bars because they are a very convenient and tasty breakfast idea. I love that I can just take an energy bar and a fruit for breakfast and it keeps me full. You can find large packages of 12 of these at Walmart for around $14. You can also find them at health food stores for 3 for $5 a lot of the time if you prefer to try different flavours.

I find that this cliff bar has a very good texture to it because of the coconut and the chocolate chips inside. This cliff bar is both chewy and crunchy at the same time. I like that there are nuts in the bar which add a good flavour. There is a nice drizzle of chocolate at the top which gave a sweet flavour. I liked the chocolate chips inside because they added a sweetness to the bar. This bar is not overly sweet. I enjoyed this flavour and would have it again.

Bounty Bar, Without The Chocolate Sweetness

This is a standard rectangular CLIF-style bar with a chocolate drizzle on top. Upon opening the package, I noticed the bar was grittier in texture than some of the other flavours due to the coconut packed inside. This flavour is not overly chocolatey, as the chocolate only comes from the chocolate drizzle and the few chocolate chips inside the bar. I do wish there were a few more chocolate chips inside, as they provide a level of sweetness I find to be missing. This is not one of my favourite flavours, and although I do enjoy it, I will be more likely to buy other flavours, such as Brownie, Iced Gingerbread, Chocolate Chip, or Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch, if I were to buy another big box.

I bought a pack of these a few weeks ago from Loblaws on sale for $9.99, which is a steal of a price for 12 bars. Packs can also be found at Wal Mart. They are also individually sold at Metro and some healthy food stores.

it tastes good

I like the chocolate and coconut combo, its full of texture and it's a good snack for the morning or the afternoon. price is reasonable. it's also not too sweet.
