No, didn't like it.

I found it in a bin, on sale for half price. It's not very big but it's big enough. It's not very flavorful unless you consider sugar a flavour. It's made in Canada which is a plus. It has ten grams of sugar! It does have some fiber, 3gr. I think there are better energy bars on the market.
