Great product!! I have tried many foundations, this stuff hides the light rosacea on my cheeks and last throughout the day. I love it!
I have acne prone skin and this product is the only one i will use. It is oil and fragrance free. And it has great coverage.
I loved this foundation! I don't like heavy foundation, and this one had the perfect balance of coverage and lightness. I was even able to get a good match for my skin (Neutral Fair), which is apparently pretty difficult. Sadly, this product has now been discontinued. Now I've just been using a Clinique pressed powder over my moisturizer, but I really miss this stuff.
I bought this because I was looking for something better than the foundations you get at the drug stores but didn’t want to spend too much either. It’s very light and easy to blend. It does not dry out the skin and is perfect for my skin type, combination with very dry patches, actually acts like a moisturizer as well.
I'm not into using alot of 'face makeup' like foundation or concealer, etc. I do have things that I wanna cover up obviously :P but prefer a more natural look and feel which is why I chose this.
This stuff is more like tinted moisturizer, but it is great at disguising any imperfections on your face without using too much makeup. It gets rid of enlarged pores and all that, but my freckles still show; the coverage is really sheer and light. It doesn't feel heavy on your face at all, and is waterproof and doesn't smude or wipe off throughout the day.
It doesn't seem to clog my pores at all, which I was worried about since my skin is more oily/combination (even though this stuff is 'oil- free').
All in all I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't like too much stuff on their face but wants to even out and add a bit of coverage to their skin.
I'm not into paying a lot for makeup -- right now I'm back to using CoverGirl foundation which works fine for me. But I used to use Clinique and it worked pretty well - has more coverage, but leaves me with that makeup-y feeling on my face. I usually mix it with face moisturizer, but if you have a light skin tone like me it will match well.
Ever since I gave birth to my second son, I realized I needed a bit more coverage as my skin adjusted to my post-pregnancy self. This provides the right amount of coverage without feeling too heavy or cakey. My skin is still visible though it, but it is more even toned. It doesn't settle into pores, nor does it irritate the skin.
A disappointment from clinique. at least for me.
pros: it's very light, and it is waterproof. good sheer coverage. even moisturizes pretty well.
cons: waterproof also means it just might mix with sweat & oils. so by the end of the day, it leaves ya looking kind greasy. also, they come in only 4 colors. and i'm the darkest one. i don't want to create controversy, but what's THAT all about?
all in all, light skinned girls can learn to appreciate this, but it's for not me.
PS. I'm not totally sure about the price, but u can easily guess-timate that part since we all know clinique isn't cheap.
