I've been trying different eye creams forever, but this one is absolutely amazing. Not only does it hydrate the area (i get dry skin around my eyes during winter) it honestly brightens the area and gives you that "awake" look. I would highly recommend this just for hydrating property alone. It's great for night and day, but I use it every morning with my face oil and face cream.

I bought this eye cream because I have a bit of a new "wrinkle problem". I also have slightly dark circles under my eyes, and when I am tired, my eyes become rather puffy. I invested in this cream - $42 for a very, very small jar - and I suppose it is because of that investment that I was expecting nothing short of a miracle! Although the cream has helped to keep my under eye area nicely moisturized and softer, it has not really done everything it says on the box. After one month of daily use, my wrinkles have not improved in appearance, and the dark under my eyes is also unchanged. I was hoping for a lift & firm around my eye area as the name suggests, but it has not really happened for me. I would still recommend for you to give it a try (there are many other reviewers that swear by it, even though it did not work for me) if you are willing to splurge. It is worth mentioning that this cream blends in nicely with my concealer when applying make-up.

Eye creams are a big business, and unfortunately, I find it is one of those things you have to keep trying until you find the right one for you. My next eye cream investment will be in Estee-Lauder. I tried their new Night Serum and I am in love. As for this particular Clinique product, I am not going to buy again, although I do love many of their other beauty products.
