I don't wear eyeliner often but when I do I use this one. For me it is the best cream eyeliner. It goes on very smoothly, the colour is nice and bold, and it stays put all day. No creasing on your eyelids or smudging. I would recommend getting a good angled eyeliner brush to use with it though because the little brush it comes with isn't the best.

Ahhhh! I LOVE this stuff. It last, looks fantastic and feels fantastic and overall is just amazing. It sells out quickly so it's hard to get the colour I want...but it's easy to apply and I just love it.

I really like this product, it is one of a few I have tried and am a long-time cream.gel eyeliner user, even with oiler eyelids. The product goes on smoothly, stays on and doesn't flake at the end of the day. They provide a little brush which is a nice bonus. But I usually use my own liner brush most times. My one complaint would be color selection, there are only 3! I would love to see a smokey deep eggplant color, just as an option to black, or brown-black, but otherwise I do recommend this product.

I'm surprised there aren't any other reviews of this liner! I first purchased the Clinique Brush-On Cream Liner when I was in high school and didn't know there were any other brands beyond Clinique. I no longer use their products (aside from skincare), but have stuck with this liner. At $17 a pot, it's barely over the price of a drugstore liner, and if you time your purchase right you can usually get a free gift with purchase if you spend $35 or so.

Don't waste your time with the brush that comes with the liner. Instead, try an angled liner brush. I'll try to explain my application technique as best as I can, but you will just have to play around with it yourself to find out what works for you. I dip the brush in to "scoop" a very tiny amount from the pot, then deposit this on the underside of the lid. I then wipe the brush back and forth in an X motion to evenly distribute the gel among the bristles. This helps to ensure smooth application with no gaps.

The gel dries quickly, applies smoothly, and lasts all day. If eyeliner pens hadn't of been invented, I would still be using the Clinique Brush-On Cream Liner daily. I now reserve it for special occasions when I have a bit more time.
