I like that the system can be customized to your exact skin needs. The cleanser was gentle but effective. The toner was gentle as well and didn't have a harsh smell. The lotion was the frosting on the cake, it made my skin feel so soft.

I only tried this once and found the lotion especially did not work and in fact did not like my skin. It was not an effective moisturizer even though the counter person had recommended it for my skin type.

I have been using the Clinique 3 step skin care system for a few years now. I like all three products. The soap cleans my skin well without being too harsh. I also really like the clarifying lotion. It makes my skin feel very clean after I use it. My favourite is the moisturizer. It moisturizing my skin well, without leaving a residue or making my skin feel heavy with moisturizer. I would definitely recommend the three step system!

This is hands down my favourite collection. I would time and time again use this. The cream is like butter so smooth and soft. I just love it and would recommend it to anyone!

Like all Clinique products, the price is somewhat high. However, buying Clinique products is buying exceptional quality.
My skin is unpredictable; unexpected outbreaks, dry and peeling regions, oily T-region...
I have tried many face soaps to uniformize my skin and Clinique Liquid Facial Soap is the only product that worked for more than a week.
I have now used this facial soap for about 3 months, once or twice a day, and my skin looks much better.
It is a non-irritating, gentle soap, convenient for people with sensitive skin as well as with oily skin (you just have to select the soap for your skin type).

Not the best for bad skin but works great to prevent issues on generally feel clean

I use the 3 step system for acne care. I love the wash and toner. I prefer the dramatically different gel to the lotion but the lotion is great for winter.

I got samples. I didn't break out, face was clean and soft. I did get 2 dry patches. Had a cool refreshing and peppery scent. This product isn't for me, but for others it works.
