100% OF CHICKS DIG IT
This is one of my favorite eye products. It's great to wear on its own sometimes for a super low-key day. Definitely gives super staying power to my eye shadow when worn as a base. No creasing and everything sticks where it should all day long. Worth every penny!
So far in my quest for an eyeshadow base that would prevent creasing, but not dry my lids out, I have used the following:
Mary Kay, Urban Decay, MAC paint pots, and Clinique. To my surprise, Clinique's is the best out of all 4. Mary Kay's had creasing within an hour, Urban Decay dried my lids out and gave me bumps on the lids, and MAC paint pots were too drying. The Clinique touch base is perfect! Value wise, it's not the best, as you only get 1g of product vs MAC's 5g for approximately the same price. Since it works the best though, I am willing to continue to buy it. It has a very silky texture that is very easy to apply and blend on the eyelids. It dries to a nice matte finish, and allows my pigments to really adhere to my lids. I have it in the color Canvas which is a bit too light for my NC25 skin, but once colored e/s is on top of it, it doesn't really matter. I have not had any creasing with my eyeshadows for the whole week that I have worn it so far. It even lasted through an 18 hr day that included work, gym, and cooking!
This is a new must for me. How I got along with eye shadows sans primer I'll never know. Clinique's Touch Base For Eyes works really well. You don't need a lot and the look will last all day. I haven't had a smear or crease since using this product and I love it. It really helps your look last all day.

How To Use
Use ring finger to apply colour from lash line to brow, blend gently. Can be worn alone or under other eye shadows. Remove with eye makeup solvent. Note: Always close compact completely to prevent product from drying out.
I love that they have useful tips online if you don't have time to talk to one of their staff.
